How do I get started with CHROME GuidedSMILE?

CHROME GuidedSMILE begins with general dentistry records and a cone beam CT scan. Dentate cases simply require master casts, with the full vestibule captured, a bite registration, 4 specific photographs and a CT Scan with the patient out of occlusion. Edentulous cases require the dual scan protocol with a well fitting denture, opposing model, bite and the 4 photographs. Double edentulous only needs upper and lower dual scans of the denture and the photos. Many cases do require an increase in the vertical. If more than 3mm, we ask for a CR bite, or we will fabricate a diagnostic tool called the JC Try-In.
